Fearless Netizen knocks out Bam Aquino: you're the one suppressing free speech

Josh Gonzales, in his Facebook account, quoted the senator as saying, "Freedom of expression we fought for in 1986 looks at risk now", and gave a rebuttal.
"Mr. Senator, I wonder where did you get the nerve to talk about Free Speech when you're one of those people who's suppressing it? Remember when you, and Rappler's Maria Ressa wanted the government and other private media networks to take control of social media? Remember when you wanted to limit and censor what kind of information the Filipinos would be exposed to, and what we are allowed to say online? You say it's media literacy, but I don't think so."
Aquino and Ressa ran a campaign against fake news.
Gonzales said that the mere fact that the Senator wanted to control what users would say online is a suppression of speech in itself.
Gonzales also criticized how Aquino told PCOO Asec Mocho Uson in a senate hearing on fake news that she cannot invoke her right to remain silent, and must answer questions given her because she was not subject to a criminal prosecution.
"But, Mr. Senator, Mocha really has a right to refuse to answer by to remain silent, as part of her Free speech and expression. Furthermore, she doesn't needs to justify it."
He stated that it is a form of dictatorship to censor online interactions.
"You're right na free speech has a limitation but taking control of social media, censoring what informations Filipinos would be exposed to, and limiting the thoughts that they would voice out online aren't the right way to deal with Fake news. It's more like a dictatorship for me. "
He defended President Rodrigo Duterte and his supporters who use Facebook as a means to campaign for him and defend him.
"Does free speech only considered as free speech if the speech itself favors you, and if not, it's a fake news then? Does free speech really at risk because of President Duterte and Pro Duterte bloggers, or it really is at risk because of you and the like?" his post concluded.

Remember when you wanted to limit and censor what kind of information the Filipinos would be exposed to, and what we are allowed to say online? You say it's media literacy, but I don't think so. Censoring what kind of information Filipinos would be exposed to isn't some sort of media literacy, 'coz how could they be literate if the informations are limited? You wanna take control of what users would say online? Isn't that a suppression of free speech already? To censor user's opinions particularly the media bloggers is to censor free speech as well.
During the senate hearing days Mocha Uson invoked her right to remain "silent" which you corrected, saying she doesn't have a right to be silent but a right against self-incrimination rather. But, Mr. Senator, Mocha really has a right to refuse to answer by to remain silent, as part of her Free speech and expression. Furthermore, she doesn't needs to justify it. Going back, You're right na free speech has a limitation but taking control of social media, censoring what informations Filipinos would be exposed to, and limiting the thoughts that they would voice out online aren't the right way to deal with Fake news. It's more like a dictatorship for me. There's indeed, no such thing as absolute freedom, that's why laws were implemented.
To put an end to this, does free speech only considered as free speech if the speech itself favors you, and if not, it's a fake news then? Does free speech really at risk because of President Duterte and Pro Duterte bloggers, or it really is at risk because of you and the like? Hope you won't consider this as a sort of defamation, I'm just one of those confused youth seeking for a logical answer coz your logic's still quite vague to me.
