Hollywood Action Star Steven Seagal A Big Fan of President Rodrigo Duterte
Hollywood Actor Action Steven Seagal was inspired to shoot a movie here in the Philippines and admitted that he is a big fan of President Rodrigo Duterte as he thinks the president "has been instrumental in making the Philippines a safer place.”
Seagal, who made famous action movies in various countries but most of his movies were in the US soil, said "I don't feel like this is a dangerous place," referring to the Philippines despite the complaints of the opposition Liberal Party about extra-judicial killings and terrorist attack in Marawi City.
In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, "I think the infamous Hollywood Actor Steven Seagal is inspired about Duterte's policies against illegal drugs, criminality and corruption. He appreciates the good works of the president more than the opposition and its critics."
The 65-year-old action star has been around in so many places around the world. He thought that Duterte is doing a great job for his country. He thought that Philippines is a safe place for everyone to live even though mainstream media made the issues of extra-judicial killings and terrorist attack in Marawi City big.
Despite the fake news that Philippines is a more dangerous place to visit because of extrajudicial killings, also known as EJK, tourists, who had been in the country before, said that they have more trust to the present administration than the previous administration who had been linked to several bullet-planting scheme in Philippine airports.
