Jay Sonza, a former TV news anchor and journalist in his Facebook page, posted ranted about how Manuel Luis Quezon III, who was a Presidential Communications Undersecretary for former President Benigno Aquino III allegedly made a discriminatory statement against the Bisaya people.

Quezon, a columnist for the Inquirer and TV host for the ABS-BCN Cable channel allegedly said that the Bisaya cannot speak well for their accent.



"Akala mo kung sino siyang makabayan, samantalang ni katiting na wikang Pilipino ay hindi man lang makasambit sa tuwing siya ay nangungusap o nagsasalita. Tapos siya pa itong may ganang magsabi na kaya daw walang asenso ang mga Bisaya dahil ang titigas ng dila. Pag tawanan pa ang mga Bisaya at tiga Mindanao," Sonza said.

He said that Quezon was a historian, but added that the man might have forgotten heroes from the Visayas and Mindanao.

He called Quezon a "conyo" and added that the Visayas and Mindanao are the reason behind the country's economic survival.

Sonza added that 80% of the economy comes from outside Luzon and that the people in the capital might starve if not for the people Quezon criticized.



"Hoy , bayutiful MQ3 hindi porke apo ka ni Manuel Luis Quezon ay may karapatang kang alipustain ang kapuwa mo Pilipino. Bakit galit ka? Dahil ba isang not so pobreng Bisaya ang naging presidente ng Pilipinas. Hindi mo carry na napalitan sa pamumuno ang mga naghaharing uri na tulad mo at mga kasosyalan mo?. Hindi nakaya ng powers mo na mas maganda kaysa sa iyo si Mayor Inday Sara ng isang pinaghalong Waray at Maranaw ang pes," he said.

In Bisaya, he said that Quezon had no right to say bad things about the Bisaya, and that he said that there are no chances of Quezon ever going back to Malacanang.

"Abi nimo day nga nagpakaarun-inong dong ug kinsang yawaaka ug makapanglibak ka sa mga Bisaya. Agwataha tawon day kay di na jud mi musugot nga makabalik pa mo sa Malacanang karon ug sa umaabot nga mga katuigan," he said.

Sonza has been vocal through his social media posts, about his support to the incumbent administration.

He is most popular for his show with TV host Mel Tiangco, entitled "Mel and Jay".
