I don't think we ever expected Doraemon Story of Seasons to get a western release. Doraemon - the blue robot cat that is such a cornerstone of the anime and manga industry in Japan - has appeared in many video games in the past, but they are rarely localised. But Doraemon Story of Seasons is being localised, so yay.
