NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING
OF
ALLIED CARE EXPERTS (ACE) MEDICAL CENTER-BUTUAN INC.
DEAR STOCKHOLDERS:
Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center – Butuan Inc. will be held on August 27, 2020, Thursday, at 8:00 in the morning; the meeting will be conducted via Zoom Meeting and Facebook Live. Kindly register thru the following link, on or before August 20, 2020, to enable you to participate in the meeting:
The link will provide you access to the Facebook Group exclusive to stockholders of ACE Medical Center – Butuan, Inc. Please click on “Join Group” to register. You will then receive a confirmation email once you have successfully registered, including the details and procedures in the conduct of the meeting.
The confirmation email will also contain a link and instructions for the online voting which will be conducted via Google Forms. The stockholders will receive different links, depending on your number of shares, since you will be allowed 1 vote per share. All votes will be cast via Google Forms and counted during the meeting on August 27, 2020. Voting in the election of directors may also be done in absentia through the above link.
The meeting shall be recorded (visual and audio) for future reference.

Only stockholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2020 (Record Date) shall be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. If you cannot personally attend the meeting, you may opt to send your proxy to attend in your behalf. Kindly submit your duly executed proxy form with the undersigned, via email, at acebutuan2020@gmail.com not later than August 24, 2020, but preferably before August 20, 2020, to enable your proxy to register in the Zoom Webinar. Attached is a sample proxy form for your reference. [NOTE: Management is not soliciting proxies]
