BELLEVUE Resort stayed true to its underlying commitment amid crisis as it continued its advocacy to give meaningful hospitality service, to provide the needs of the community, and to inspire and move people toward positive action.

With many communities deeply affected by Typhoon "Odette" (international name: "Rai") in Bohol, Bellevue Resort led initiatives and various donation drives that aimed to raise funds for the aid of victims in remote areas, organizing relief operations and mobilizing volunteers to extend immediate assistance in disaster-affected communities.

Bellevue Resort's relief operations, which helped thousands of families, was made possible with the assistance and support of partners, donors and volunteers.

The typhoon's landfall caused massive devastation which affected the water supply in the province and power lines, causing blackouts. A hundred Boholano indigent families started lighting their way to rehabilitation with solar-powered lamps, donated by The Bellevue Group.

Bellevue Resort extended its gratitude to those who helped and contributed to the recovery efforts for Bohol such as actress Gabbi Garcia, actor Khalil Ramos, the Bohol external resources facilitation unit known as Hugop Bohol, and all those who donated and tirelessly helped in relief operations that truly upheld solidarity and philanthropic spirit amid great adversity.

Since opening in 2013, the luxurious, eco-friendly resort consistently spearheaded meaningful initiatives, leading responsible tourism in Bohol to highlight the importance of actively helping the community where it operated.

Bellevue Resort Bohol was a luxury five-star resort, perched on the serene Doljo Beach in Panglao, Bohol.
