DepEd: Students have three options to enroll

Students have three options to enroll for School Year 2022-2023 — in-person, remote or through drop box forms.

Under DepEd Order No. 35 signed by Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio, physical enrollment by parents or guardians and/or the students may be done in schools while observing minimum health and safety standards. If they choose to enroll remotely, they can fill out a digital form and send it through the school's email address or available messaging platforms provided by the school.

Parents and guardians may also opt to fill out the enrollment forms in their homes and submit them through drop boxes in schools where the student is to be enrolled. Drop boxes may also be set up in barangay (village) halls or other visible locations where printed copies of the enrollment form will be available and the filled-out form may be submitted in the same drop box.

The enrollment period in public schools will be from July 25, 2022 to August 22, 2022. The first day of classes is August 22.
