Robert Harland (left), the past president of the Rotary Club of Bacolod-Marapara, Negros Occidental, presents his club’s bannerette to Greg Cooper (right), the immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Holt and District in the English county of Norfolk. The presentation takes place during the English club’s fund-raising river cruise on the River Bure. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Holt club is raising funds for its project to assist young people between ages 6 and 17 that become caregivers for ailing family members.
