VP Sara Duterte arrives at National Museum for Marcos inauguration

VICE President Sara Duterte-Carpio arrived at the National Museum of Fine Arts for the inauguration of President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.

Duterte-Carpio was Marcos' running mate in the May 2022 elections under the UniTeam ticket, when they received a popular vote of more than 30 million votes each for their respective posts.

The VP-elect was seen engaging with other attendees of the inauguration while waiting for the arrival of Marcos.

Duterte-Carpio will also serve as the incoming Education chief under the Marcos administration.
